Please note that collection of items will incur charges.

3. Return Criteria: To be eligible for return, the item must be in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to restocking fees or may be declined.

Please note that certain products, such as bespoke or personalised, or those marked as non-returnable, may not be eligible for returns.

1.1. Ribble Valley Crafted offers refunds under the following circumstances:

 

- Defective or damaged products

- Products not as described

- Change of mind within 3 days of purchase, subject to conditions outlined in our returns policy above

1.2. Refunds are not available for:

 

- Services that have already been rendered

- Products that have been used or altered in any way

- Products not returned in their original packaging

- Products damaged due to customer mishandling

2.2. For change of mind refunds, the following conditions apply:

- The product must be in its original condition and packaging

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

- A restocking fee may be deducted from the refund

- The products must not include personalised branding
